Our platforms

Built to push limits.
Ready to use. Or to own.

We built and run each of these platforms to challenge ourselves and find out how far one focused team can go by embracing the AI revolution in how products are built. They range from systems that run whole companies to purpose-built hardware. Use one as it is, shape it to your needs, or build something new on it.

Development
KeelRoad app icon: a coral and a teal chevron interlocking on charcoal
Enterprise platform · Finance & operations

KeelRoad A whole company, run from one system.

Finance, sales, subscriptions, partners, supply chain and people, behind a single contract and driven equally from the command line, the web, iPhone, Mac and AI agents. We built it to prove that a whole company can run on one system it fully owns, and our own companies run on it.

A starting point for company operations, billing and subscriptions, partner and supply-chain systems.

YappityYap app icon: a coral, yellow and white Y between sound waves
Customer communication · Local business

YappityYap Every conversation with every business, in one place.

Contact, reminders, estimates, invoices and public reviews between people and the businesses they deal with, starting with auto repair, on the business’s own site, the web and iPhone. We built it to show that one featherweight platform, with nothing third-party in the browser, can replace a stack of rented tools. It already answers the questions on our own contact page.

A starting point for customer messaging, quotes and invoices, reviews and support.

Development
Weyzzer app icon: a blue map pin over a green parking spot between two cars
Connected hardware · Mobility

Weyzzer Every drive maps the open parking spots for everyone else.

A windshield module with two cameras spots free curbside spaces on its own AI chip, and anyone nearby sees them on a live map, on iPhone and in CarPlay. We are building it to test how far one team can take custom hardware, on-device AI, an app and a server as a single product.

A starting point for connected devices, camera sensing and live maps.

Snaggen app icon: a pink and blue star with a bright spark on yellow
Consumer app · Retail & local business

Snaggen Foot traffic, turned into a game.

A real-world scavenger hunt: local businesses place QR snagpins, and players track them down on a fuzzy map and earn a perk at the counter. We built it to prove that AI can run a live consumer platform on its own, with no operators needed.

A starting point for loyalty, local promotions and location-based games.

Augrym app icon: an orange building brick marked with plus and equals on sky blue
Multiplayer game · Education

Augrym A whole world, built one maths question at a time.

A blocky multiplayer building game for ages 12 to 15, where every bottle picked up is a maths question and the answers pay for a place of your own. We built it to show that learning can be the game itself, and that one team can ship its own engine and real-time multiplayer server.

A starting point for educational games, real-time multiplayer and 3D on iPhone.

KnowBr app icon: a white spark with an orange stroke and dot on charcoal
Learning platform · Education

KnowBr Knowledge people want to come back to.

Quizzes, flashcards, maths drills and swipe challenges on iPhone, with sponsor portals on the web. We built it to find out what keeps people coming back to learning, on a sharded backend ready to scale from the first user.

A starting point for training, onboarding and learning apps.

Launched
AutoSharpener app icon: a chisel above a sharpening stone and an infinity loop on red
Open hardware · Tools & manufacturing

AutoSharpener Three disciplines, one machine, AI from the first line.

A desktop machine that puts sharp, polished edges on cutting tools, sweeping each one across a water stone at a fixed angle and pressure. We built it to test how far AI can go in hardware: the circuit, the board and the firmware were all created with AI.

A starting point for machines, test rigs and automated workshop tools.
